Overview
Environmental studies examines the interrelationships between humans and their environment. Environmental scientists develop solutions to hazards facing our planet. They also dedicate their lives to preserving the planet.
The Environmental Studies minor at Illinois State gives you a solid foundation. The knowledge and skills you gain will assist you in an environmental-related career. You'll study environmental challenges like pollution, climate change, and harmful waste. You'll also learn the relationship between humans and the natural environment.
