Management - Organizational Leadership
Overview
The minor in Organizational Leadership helps students develop interpersonal and team skills, as well as further develop leadership experience. The program assists in preparing students for leadership roles within their chosen profession, either within profit or not-for-profit agencies. Courses in this curriculum focus on the field of organizational behavior and leadership by analyzing theoretical and practical approaches to studying management.
Point of Pride
The College of Business was one of the first participants in the United Nations-sponsored Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative, a framework for academic institutions to advance socially responsible corporate behavior.

The Organizational Leadership minor can only be declared by current College of Business majors. To apply, please stop by the College of Business Advisement Center (SFHB 129) to complete the application.
