Computer Science

The General Computer Science sequence is designed to prepare students to work for a variety of companies including those who have a scientific, engineering, or mathematical focus.

Why Study Computer Science?

This degree is designed for students who wish to pursue a comprehensive study of computer science that blends theory, abstraction, and design in a variety of traditional and current areas. Graduates will be prepared to work for a variety of companies including those that have a scientific, engineering, or mathematical focus. It will also prepare students to pursue graduate studies in Computer Science. The Computer Science Program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
