Task Force Recommendation: Create and invest in Affirming Spaces for Students of Color
Task Force Project: The Mobile Dean program has been expanded from sporadic with limited participants to monthly dates, in different areas of campus with an increased roster of participants.

Implementation Team Actions:
In conjunction with University College, the MASAI mentoring program has been expanded to serve over 100 students in partnership with the Noble One pipeline program. This program will serve as the model for future mentoring and retention efforts.
Assess the effectiveness of the expanded program to determine the scalability of this program.
Assessment will take place during the 17-18 school year, planning for 18-19 school year begins in January of 18
