The client must sign an agreement and complete any other forms or applications required to comply with the agreement.
Reserving Facilities
To schedule or reserve space, in public areas in Hewett, Manchester, Watterson Towers, Cardinal Court, Wilkins, Wright and Haynie residential spaces, please fill out a Facility Request Form. Our staff will follow up with requests within two business days after the form has been submitted. All requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the start of your event.
51% of attendees must be residents of the area where the room is being used. The person making the room reservation must be a member of the Registered Student Organization for which they are making the request.

Services Offered
University Housing Services (UHS) offers a variety of spaces that can be reserved for meeting or study needs. The capacity of each space is determined by set up of the room. The maximum capacity of each space is listed. Most spaces are equipped with tables and chairs that can be arranged to best fit your group needs.
Cardinal Court
Cardinal Court Gym (140)
This multi-purpose use space can accommodate both meetings and athletic events.
Cardinal Court Theatre (25)
The theatre is equipped with comfortable stadium seating, a computer, keyboard, mouse, projector, and theatre screen.
Meeting Room 102 (15)
This meeting space is equipped with a business table, chairs, computer, keyboard, mouse, and TV remote.
Meeting Room 103 (6)
This meeting space is equipped with a business table, chairs, computer, keyboard, mouse, and TV remote.
Hewett/Manchester/Vrooman Center
Jaime Escalante Conference Room (70)
This space, located in the Vrooman Center, is equipped with a computer, keyboard, mouse, projector remote, microphone, and sound system.
Vivian Kong Conference Room (100)
This space, located in the Vrooman Center, is equipped with a computer, keyboard, mouse, projector remote, microphone, and sound system.
Watterson Towers
Rosa Parks Conference Room (75)
This space, located in the Watterson Towers, is equipped with a computer, keyboard, mouse, TV remote, microphone, and sound system.
Wilkins, Haynie, and Wright (Tri-Towers)
Shawnee Conference Room (101)
This space, located in the basement of Linkins Dining Center, is equipped with a computer, keyboard, mouse, TV remote, microphone, and sound system.
Wilkins, Haynie, and Wright 12th floor Lounges (21)
These three spaces are located on the 12th floors of Wilkins, Haynie, and Wright halls respectively. These unique spaces are equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, tables, and table chairs.
Client Type
UHS has sole discretion to determine client type based on information at the time of booking. University Housing Services s also reserves the right to change the client type if information changes.
Priority of Room Reservation
To ensure the departmental needs are met, certain groups are given priority to reserve conference/study rooms within our spaces. The priority is as follows: a. UHS Staff, b. UHS Student Organizations, c. RSO's, study groups, etc. Groups with a higher priority may override a reservation, if necessary, without prior notice. Facility requests will be approved no sooner than two weeks prior to the event, so that priority groups may have time to schedule events.
Groups must have a copy of this facility request in possession at time of room use. Groups must have a sign/banner on front of table signifying group identification if reserving lobby space.
Room Use
Alcohol is not allowed in any residence hall space at any time.
Groups must go to the residence hall front desk to check out the room key and also ensure that the room is locked after their event. The key must be returned to the front desk within 30 minutes after your reservation has ended. Failure to return the key will result in a core change on the room and a charge of $75.00 will be billed.
No Fundraising is permitted.
Nothing may be hung on painted surfaces (including the walls) at any time (regardless of the type of adhesive or tape).
Groups are responsible for the room set up and returning the space to the original setup after their reservation ends.

No food or drinks are permitted in the spaces without prior permission of University Housing Services.
