Healthcare occupations in general are expected to grow rapidly over the next decade. There is great need for professionals with a broad understanding of the complex health issues we face today.

The Applied Health Sciences major provides students with a range of courses in health- related subjects. This allows you to tailor your studies toward a specific non-technical health career. A few examples include case management, medical marketing and sales, patient advocacy, and patient experience design.

Graduates of Applied Health Sciences are well-prepared to pursue additional education in nursing, public health, healthcare administration and more.
