Why study Religious Studies?
As a Religious Studies minor, you won't just learn about different religions; you'll encounter exciting new perspectives on what it means to be religious and what it means to study religion. As a Religious Studies minor, you'll challenge your own preconceptions, come to appreciate religious diversity, and make discoveries that will change the way you think, while studying with inspiring professors from across multiple disciplines.
Are you interested in religion? Do you hope to study religion after you graduate? Would you consider a career in ministry, or in global outreach, or in international relations? Do you think that knowing something about other people's cultures and ideas would help you navigate the business world? Do you just wish you knew more about how other people see the world? If you've said "yes" to any of these questions, then the Religious Studies minor is for you.
