Implementation Team Actions
- The Mobile Dean program was expanded to monthly dates in 2017-18. Multiple areas of campus were used as venues and staff other than the Dean and Associate Deans participated. Staff answered questions from students and distributed items that increased recognition of the Dean on Duty services and other DoS initiatives.
Next step/Timeline
- DoS staff believe that we have maximized growth of the program in this format. Our next step is to host Mobile Dean sessions using social media, either Facebook Live or Instagram. Answering questions and sharing information that way in the hopes of increasing our reach to students all over campus as opposed to one specific area.
