Added 15 additional books RE: support of LGBTQ students to the Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology Resource Commons and updated the library software to make these and other resources easier to find

CTLT plans to once again provide LGBTQ-specific workshops

Will continue to offer Re-Design Your Course for Diversity workshop, and include diverse representatives in the New Faculty Orientation workshops.

Next step/Timeline

Incentivize faculty and staff to participate in training that promotes diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and cultural competency in the classroom.

University Teaching Committee revised requirements for Outstanding University Teacher Award portfolios to include nominees’ attention to culturally responsive teaching practices.
